I am offering a catch up. Back to the womb wonders and allied themes. The past 5 years have given us a world we may not have been expecting. In learning to live in this new reality. we have re callibrated ourselves sufficiently to look around and wonder. What next? Especially for ourselves – as we pass through the life stages and on into the crone years. . . handing over. What we do what we do? – Intention is key. Mine? Legacy out here.
Ideally – to give you the ooomph needed to get you there and DO IT. You out there doing your work – in whatever format.
You are here as it is time. Answering a call, a quest – whether it is from within – or you now are in a more enriched state to see outwards to where others find themselves, as you know you would have liked help at that point, or that you know you can now. You initially started in the Gentling Way with a world very different to this one. We are likely in a state of recovery, . We all need our own bodies in the best shape they can be.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
1 – Those who are dealing with people in a helping capacity – whether it is hands-on – or whether you wish only to get back into where you can think of doing this. You may see about you so many who are not being serviced as you know is needed.
2 – Us to work on us and our collective skills. Ourselves FIRST, as we cannot keep giving without receiving. Then the ones around us – especially our males – then the ones who may find us and wish to work with us with the unique set of skills that you could impart, along with whatever it is that you do. The Gentling Way leaks into anything we do.
Concurrently, I will be running a beginning Triage Pricklies course for international and local acupuncturists to turn them into Qi movers – and hopefully on into hands-on as nothing works when the structure is wonky, and held hostage. Teachers needed.

I will be writing up a workbook – and you use it as Part 1 of the Refresher. The course will be unlocked as you pay the as you go fee – $330 to begin.
You Have Been Gifted A Body – change focus and move out of The Story.
Free Your Own Qi – get that physical part of you in action
Pelvic Opening – the flowing up and down the body is directly affected by sacral and coccygeal blockages – we will focus there as the womb and all else hangs off the tail bone.
Foundational Moves – how I made relieving suffering a breeze – cleared out the reasons for pain – by lymph and Qi moving.
Reset Your Metabolism – why the body is ‘off’ – cold stored and wasting Yang Qi.
Unlocking Your Scars – even tiny wee ones – can have shut the gate to life flows. And their emotional charge – as usually we do not clear what happened, but store that also.
Being Woman – 7 years cycles, not hormones (body messengers) need understanding in the context of where you are, where we all pass through.
CLARITY – the self work needed to move out of the programmes that are being reinstalled cleverly by invalidating those of us who can see past this. We still have ourselves online – and need to reduce the middle circle – to allow why we are here )tip circle) to flow though unimpeded.
First off the biology needs a tweak. Here we are – Nutrients – and circulation – all in its right place.
And the driver (our soul) in charge – not ego.

Then – we go through working in a person – me over viewing. Then I have you work on me – so I can feel as well as seeing what you are doing..
You need to be conversant with the principles – as I am not spending the workshop nattering.
WHEN WOMAN’S WOMB IS NOT CENTRAL/BALANCED – NEITHER IS SHE. AS well as the structural pulls and entanglements from adhesions and scar sequelae messing with the fascia. ‘Hormones’ can’t be made or distributed, and the wastes from living are left in situ to create ever more chaos.)
We will work on cases – but as things arose. Stuff will come up. It is surprising what is forgotten. All is built on Triage.
Shen, cold out, scars attended to. Most stashed for later comes out then – the underlying ‘stuff’ percolates to the surface, For clearance, in safety felt.
Reconnecting Bao and Dai Mai are crucial. Also the initials of steaming and belly calming after Free Your Qi moves.
