What is it? – Undoing STUCK from the Upper Heater – chest/lungs/heart – esp emotional.
Origin – Elder wisdom – Likely other cultures – but definitely – Chinese
Why is it? – STUCK can kill – and feels constricting before this.
How is It? – Watch the videos below.

What you need – Strong fingers. Maybe tiny bit of oil. A warning to the person first.
What it may feel like (for you) – Grip and tug.
What it feels like for them? –  Invasive and fast. Surprising.
When to use? – Part of Triage – to clear blockages. . esp if they have upper body issues all levels.
When NOT to use? – Maybe a bit gentler if on +++ blood thinners.
How to set it up so all win? – Warn them. DO the lymph clearing, some back work first – this is NOT the beginning of your work. Possibly also moxa the point first – and can do it yourself.
