MEDITATIONS FOR ANNA

Jodie – I was not intending to be filmed – but this has happened so you can translate for Anna – all others just get the audio.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN EACH DAY IN THIS PROGRAMME

You start daily (and any time we feel conflicted/confused/spacey), by bringing the part of SELF that is always in Light – back home.  You clear, CONNECT – with your self
Protect and get ready to let more of your LIGHT TO come through.

Breathe light in, let all that is less than light leave.

Maybe see what I have below on cleaning your inner windows . .so the world is seen as it is – not via your individual windscreen (filters removed) 

All carry extra – and it may be running more than you imagine – at least attracting to itself what no longer may serve you. Letting it go will free so much more of your Light.

Invite all that has outlived its time with you to depart. 

You can then move onto the moves that will accumulate as the days and weeks go on

You can shorten the initial opening/clearing/protection process, once we have a body memory of what it is to be free. This version is a little different, as well as being shorter. See which you prefer to use. i will remind you as you start each new day’s lesson.

Not only here – anytime you feel conflicted, upset, ‘taken out’ – take a few minutes out and reconnect.

Starting from the ‘horse stance’

Preparation

1 – Feet shoulder/hip width apart – facing parallel forwards. (You will tip over if you do not get this part right). 

2 – Bounce slightly on your knees, 

3 – Tuck your tail bone in – thus your ‘pink bits’ are facing forwards).

4 – Raise yourself from the navel upwards . .(will now be standing further erect).   

NOW – we begin the move . .
A ‘warmup. from decades ago learning Tai Qi . .

We are tapping Lu 1 (top of body) and Bl 23 (at the waist level, on your back) .

Lung (Lu) 1 is on the top fo your chest, about a thumb’s width below where your collarbone and shoulder join. It i=will likely hurt when you press it.

Bl (Bladder) 23 – at the middle of your  back, about 1 1/2 -2 thumbs width’s from   the spine – you are not needling, so you   do not need to be other than general . .

 Giving these a gentle, yet firm whack as your arms reach their stopping point on your body.

At the end of the arm swinging will get your Qi flowing better. This move can be hypnotic. Go outside, focus in a point in front of you.

Start and aim for 5 minutes

All the while, consciously breathing in and out from your lower belly .
