Varicose Veins

Description:

Veins small or large, popping out of where they should be

May just be unsightly, or may be remarkably painful, depending upon size

Why:

Body energy not strong enough to hold all tissues in place

This potentially includes baby, blood, urine, organs (especially uterus), especially after birth

Exposure to cold, especially on legs and lower body

Not strong enough gut strength to nourish self and also baby

May also have an inflammatory aspect – avoid all sugar/simple and complex carbs

Mum’s body is in a weakened state

Solution:

Avoid all cold exposure, especially through your mouth or standing in cold surfaces with naked feet.

No ice on or near body (ice used during last birth may be part of the cause)

Eat much more coloured fibrous vegetables

Take more vitamin C (at least 10 grams over a day)

Take more vitamins E, D & K2

Avoid all non nutritious ‘foods’ – sugar especially

Drink more water
