Too Thirsty

Description:

Feeling too thirsty – even awakening at night in order to drink.

May seem as though the body has no idea that you have just drunk the water.

Why:

May have a condt-ition fo ‘yin’/inner self/depletion

Need to look after yourself a lot better immediately.

Excessive ‘stomach heat’ – from emotional distress/stress, &/or too much sugar in diet, &/or insufficient hydration, &/or poor gut flora

May be beginnings of gestational diabetes – all reversible. 

Solution:

Drink more water during the day

Avoid all chemcials/sugar & cereals – instead eat far more veggies, fat & protein

Recolonise your gut flora

See an acupuncturist/Chinese herbalist/natural health care professional, and work with them well before & throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Find an Arvigo (R) /Mayan practitioner and follow all the home based self care you are given.
