Glutathione – take 6 in morning with food – it repeats on me if I take with water. .
Vitamin D3 – Take 1 of the 50,000 iu daily for a month – them one a week after that.
Vitamin C – Take half of your tablets 4x daily as body gets rid of what can’t use right then
Vitamin B – Half the B I have sent you – breakfast and lunch
ZInc tester – Zinc Tally – 1 tsp to trial it – as I suspect that you are not absorbing it from tablets . .
Take the Essential Minerals powder – take 1 tsp x 2 daily for one week, then 1 tsp a day till finished – and then trial the taste tester again.
Go back to the pills you have . . and take x 2 the usual amount.
For two weeks – and test the taster again . .
