That ovarian suspensory ligament
40 yo mum-to-be came in initially in deep distress. As I am an Arvigo worker – she found me on their site. She needed help with coping with the prolapse that she had given herself over-straining with poohing – she found me through their site. . She was settled immediately with thread moxa for anxiety.
I then cupped her navel – explaining why and how she could strengthen her Spleen Qi through being aware and avoiding cold anything. Because things could easily deteriorate.
Quickly adding that we could improve them as she is pregnant – the time to rebuild.
She did feel so much better as the pregnancy progressed (forgot that she had had a prolapse)
The next trouble was she was sure bub would appear at 32 weeks – as the last one did – I had her on Blood tonic and fish oil and topical iodine and magnesium – but no way was she coming off the Elevit that the Ob had told her to be on . . Side note – she is on SSRI’s . .anti depressants . . Never mind that they cause havoc with biochemistry and the reason for them is missed – plus they create such upper heater issues as tetrology of Falot . . (Ob followed this up with ‘vaccinating’/poisoning the Whooping Cough vaccine at 7 months – she came in with the plaster on her arm).
What you may see as I do .. ‘induction’ now please .. .
Today . . She has had her private obstetrician tell her baby needs to come out – due to her age . .
She ‘has’ to be induced in a week as at 39 weeks is ‘best’ as she is ‘elderly’.
Knowing where I am going with sessions – opening the baby gate – I had her on my kneeling seat to add in some calming points (second run of Bladder points) as well as the Liver 3 deeply – and felt her back – wow!
A large ‘S’ in it. This is when we can do such magic!
A bit of this and that – usual Pelvic Opening – SLQR and some sacral work (she feels everything way more than I would like). It straightened – seriously – surprised me also. I was watching the S.L. which looked perfect – and popped her on the pillows to work on her on the floor. The back straightened obviously immediately I worked on the glutes .. and this was after the sacral walking up it – that got me a kick in the bum – very upset about that she was . . A reflex.
Her back stayed straight. .The previously even SL became more imbalanced as l worked on her – and the pelvis stayed stable. I thus thought – let it sort itself over the next week and come again ..pre ‘induction ‘ – husband will not use moxa or massage her at home. .
I worked on the sacral edges – the sacrum way too puffy – it went off to the left as most do.
A.S. still level – did not shift . .so we have (thinking uterus and tethering) a uterus which is not positioned optimally. Baby is not engaged. How Ob expects her to start in a week . ..?!?
Opening the Baby Gate
My ‘opening baby gate’ points (in Alcok’s channel if you know the area) I did not even try to palpate as the ones that border this were terrible – and so also was her tailbone – even though I had needled GV 1 last time .
I needled it again – easy way out – sacral intervertebral points plus many GB 30s.
(This is not the actual person in the photo).
Needles out.
Her reactive anal area points were a lot less – almost nothing. I released what was showing up.
All the while that straightened spine stayed straight. Asked her to move pelvis/bum around as she was there – all looser as we were going PLUS she felt clearer/calmer.
Did not do the actual OSL (Ovarian suspensory ligament) correction – as I figured I had done quite enough for one session – what with the looseness of her in very late pregnancy – she was very happy. (Not what she thought that she signed up for – vastly more value).
She left taller, lighter, freer. As I was working in her on the floor, I got her to move her pelvis – which was constantly freeing up. All the sore points I know to palpate magicked away and she was left in awe of the loss of her hump (at neck) and the lightness of being she felt. Me too.
Want to learn how to do this and so much more?
I would love to have the opportunity to teach you as much as you want.
You can start instantly in the online courses as all must do this first – regardless of how much else and other modaliteis – as we need to ‘be on the same page’ – there is so much that I have added in after all these decades – and as a holistic care provider – there is always more to know – for both – and all of us!
