Skin issues

Perfect skin? Resilient, no itching (wind – CLICK), no rashes (heat – CLICK), no breakages, no pain? Well nourished (Blood energy good – CLICK. You have no need to be here.

Leaving nature to look after herself – pure light, pure water, good roots and left alone.

Definition of health? Ability to adapt to change. You can’t do this if survival is not assured, as homeostasis is not automatic. To have great skin – you need to have abundant and quality of Blood (CLICK) MUST be protected.
This means great gut function. Easy living.

Skin – Provides a protective barrier against mechanical, thermal and physical injury and hazardous substances. Prevents loss of moisture. Reduces harmful effects of UV radiation. Acts as a sensory organ (touch, detects temperature). Thus we have the relationship skin and lung function in East Asian Medicine. The skin is the body’s largest and primary protective organ, covering its entire external surface and serving as a first-order physical barrier against the environment. Its functions include temperature regulation and protection against ultraviolet (UV) light, trauma, pathogens, microorganisms, and toxins. Wei Qi (CLICK) . .protective. Skin – pores allow the temperature regulation. The skin also plays a role in immunologic surveillance, sensory perception, control of insensible fluid loss, and homeostasis in general. The skin is also highly adaptive with different thicknesses and specialized functions in different body sites. Protection? Yang Qi.

Auto immune? Attacking self – it is NOT biologically survivable to have the boundary between the world and self to be damaged. This is NOT a semi permeable membrane – we have them internally. This is a hard boundary. AND it is totally related to the gut function – is indeed the gut is lined by skin. The flaring is all about heat. Heat is partially lack of fluids – see the function of Yin Qi. How much, how clean water is being ingested daily?

Need water, fat, proteins and minerals – more on the ingredients for life here (CLICK)

The wastes move through and the body works as designed – thus the emotions all flowing as intended. The regularity of life’s rhythm’s, sun, sleep, movement, hydration and nourishment happen easily – in peace. Liver Qi unhappy sets the scene for the digestion to block up. The 5 flows do not flow – then the 6 ‘T’s start in – and we are in deep often life time distress – survival NOT assured

Self destruction? Iatrogenic. .
