Here we are addressing the self first – as in when we were all flying around the world – put YOUR own mask on first .

  • Self Discovery (undoing Your OWN Story, tools to help and what to do next – service . . ) PLUS
  • Ethics 2016 – Playing the ‘Fix it’ game.
  • Now I have the online beginner’s programme – self soothing and perineal steaming – we start there
