Moves – what, why, how, when, expectations – Living Ligaments I

Welcome – L.L.I. we put it all into the advanced container

Manual

We have to embody this.
We have it being done to us.

We know – as in the 1st and 2nd knowings – not what is written – by one or by many.
We also do/work for/on others.

We do need different perspectives

We all learn differently – here are the ‘nuts and bolts’

Here are the moves

There is no set protocol – past declutter, reset, restore and calm the Shen, take out cold and enliven scars – it all must be attended to.  Flows can’t flow – and you are there – so It Depends on what you decide/feel to do. No prior judgement as Qi and life are dynamic.

Self Soothing and some general belly moves are here – me working in France (CLICK)
LL I with some that are reinforced from Reconnecting.

I have started with the peritoneal untangling ones as it is so gentle/profound/needed
Maybe do adhesion breaking (CLICK) first??

INTENTION?

Always set your and their’s.  Usually on an intensive, the use of steaming is to soften, soothe and get the story flowing – in a journal, with their attention unusually deep within This helps dislodge the preciousness in the middle circle that may well be holding the physical hostage and the body needs the flows to flow. It can take a while – and is why I have also a partial set of Aura Soma bottles – as I use them to access and clear much more than the body is aware of. Sound, light, essential oils – whatever is your way . .

Reminder – why we do intensives.
YOU are setting the container into which the healing is poured.
Boundaries – yours need to be spelt out.
YOU must be clear.

1 – No time constraints and on the day you are doing these – that person may be the only person – as in a day spa. They HAVE to set time for themselves as a sacred space/meditation – as a quest – to discover themselves. . .this is not to be fitted in on a list – so you automatically get those who are intent on change. Whatever it takes/’costs; to their past ‘comfort’ levels.

2 –  Pre payment – you both are all set up to win – intention and commitment is there on YOUR part – their’s needs to be also.. . .
3 – Neither of you have any idea how far you can travel each one. Set at least 3 hours aside – some of mine went for 5.

You must think with your fingers – and your body.
What to do to encourage this?
At least work with your eyes SHUT

LISTENING WITH THE HAND – The hand is an incredibly intricate structure that allows us to feel with tremendous precision and generate body-wide reactions. Osteopaths have long celebrated the hand’s ability to “listen” to tissues by feeling and letting the hand sense subtle movements and tensions. This has been expanded upon by many other manual therapists since as a foundation for treatment. The mechanism by which this ”extraordinary” sense functions is of course hidden in the fascia (CLICK).
Fascia (CLICK) is the network in which all of the nervous system’s receptors live, and in this case the most important are mechanoreceptors and tactile cutaneous receptors. Fascial tissue is complexly layered in the hand and the receptors work to provide the unique signaling to the brain so it can “listen“ and make a mental picture of the sensations during palpation.
This could explain why trained therapists feel pulses or subtle density changes where others cannot.
Their brain has learned to “hear” their hand receptors better than other untrained individuals, much like a person can learn to read braille or be a virtuoso guitar player.

Knowing anatomy conceptually is important,

but “feeling“ anatomy is critical to building the most accurate understanding of the body.

Let us see it all in one.  .

Now the fun starts – discernment – what when?
You are there – up to you . . .
