Heather’s Signature System moves

Heather’s Foundational Moves/Signature System

These are all easy to execute by themselves or in an entire protocol.

Designed after a life time of hands-on work in addition to needles and cupping and moxa use. These additions  are what mad the sparkle in all sessions as I worked out my own way from the late 70’s as an acupuncturist. Here is the beginning for most – though it always depends.

From WDCD

1 – Sacral Moxa Fan (CLICK) – a starter

2 – Stuck Liver Qi Release (CLICK) – so easy

Not only for the pathway as seen here.

The Liver energy allows free flowing everywhere.

When blocked – emotions upset is a great start – the ‘currents’ start slowing down – differently on all of us – but with the same result – ‘stress’.

The muscles and tendons, ligaments and all that is impacted then starts ‘playing up’ – ad we have a large problem – the gut will fail us eventually.

Depending on our own innate weaknesses and stories – it may hit the urogenital regions and all the area ‘women’s cancers’ hit first. I go back to this move often in a session

3 – Chest gouge

Let us open up the breathing – muscles needed again – and the diaphragm gets hit when the Stuck Liver Qi moves – upwards usually – stopping the breathing cycle – thus all language how they are gong with a deep as possible breath before and after each move. Also  a perineal pull-up will show just how much the entire body is interrelated – it will be vastly easier.

This move clears most congestion from the upper body.

It begins the cycle of Qi flow throughout.

Gets the lymph  moving.

Allows deeper breathing and all else follows.

4 – Lymphatic drainage

The belly is not holding ‘its own’ as it is softened/weakened as the Spleen Qi’ has collapsed.

Living Ligaments I

All above as revision of all the past belly moves – leading into leg shakes.

PLUS
Discovering, monitoring (so we see how profound all these moves are – and what is tied up as each later unfolds) and eventually correcting the ovarian suspensory ligament upsets.

Takes the form of doing all before this – on the third day.

We move freely from back to front as working in one undoes the other.
As with Mirror X

All through this we are checking the pullup the breathing out to let go, their water consumption, the O.S.L. checks – and the way the moves shift all that has been – previously ‘set’ – esp the way the L3 moves all over the place.

And the density shifts under our fingers.

Back

Sacral work – in depth
Sacral adhesion breaking – also in depth
Sacral pressing (Smash)

More hippy shakes and interspersed with all – shakey shakey – and breath to be released

Take leg for a walk

In between when they are on their front – whatever needs doing – including

Jiggle Jiggle

Shaky shaky

SLQR as often as you feel

Sacral stretch,

Sacral rolling and adhesion work – off edge of the bone

Side sacral stretch (from the top/head) – to determine what next – if anything

Coccygeal stretching and ‘Hortence’s point’ – (Alcocks’ canal).

EVENTUAL – suspensory ovarian ligament correction

At the Gloriavale training in Jan 2019 – I did such a good job of my pre work that no one in the class needed this done! I knew that I would not get a second chance on this work download – and we discovered so much about what is keeping structure hostage 0in watching the class and the residue lifting (‘breakthroughs’ – and how to deal with them).

Remember the GB and Liver meridian pathways and what each system stores – and why free flowing is so important to life  and them in particular . .

Four parts . .

1 – Vertebral adhesions corrections – poking deeply

Figure of 8 as part of this – afterwards to calm it down – and maybe also very gentle shakey
2 – Whichever has been determined to be rotated – and perform hip and upper back moves

3 – Checking – (a) with sacral stretching – after shaky shaky gently

(b) Check lateral sacral

(c) Coccygeal points – again

4 – Pull and twist whatever leg

Back to sacral and back stretches.

Maybe all through – more hippy shakes as you feel.

Often back to basic belly work and chest gouges

Always – remember you are there . .
And

IT DEPENDS

(You are there)

This is NOT protocol driven.

Stuff comes up

All of this would be so much easier to teach and to do – if I was able to show the immense changes that using sacral moxa fan allows.  Please get into this – before you do the sacral moves – as it will be so much less painful – plus the recipient gets to feel how easy this is.

Return often to at least the Stuck Liver Qi Release
