B – Your testicular history . . . hernias/accidents/hits/health insults (ask mum)
C – More touch between you both
Touch (connection) and partner time – bonding – take out what is not baby friendly in your lives – stop in and out and become playful. Means – what is in the way of this? How do you propose to be there and always present for her and bub if .  .clear distractions. – And take a look at self and what you really want – and what you are prepared to do.

What causes health? Not this life – see life 50 years ago and what was ‘normal’ then,
A  – What has come up? What is too hard? If you had your 10 year old boy with you – what would you not want him to see you doing?
B – Find a way to undo feelings that may be coming up. Past outlet – Self medications – alcohol etc – what to do with these?
C – What is your goal in life – what do you want as a legacy for your children? Start being more conscious . .
7 – Re-calibrate – see how far you have come.

A – Accepting time – Changes you still want to make
B – List out what is not better yet (Jing Markers)
C – Check in with self – commitment time How sure are you that you want to keep going?
