Group B Strep

Description:

A commonly found vaginal visitor – alerted by presence of the Strep B in vaginal swab.

Is potentially life threatening for baby if vaginal interventions/examinations undertaken during labour.

Why:

Mum’s health & thus gut bacteria is presently (can be altered easily, naturally) not strong enough to support great immune system & digestion.

Over emphaisis on what may go wrong – instead of what do to ensure it does not.

Medical fear based as there are no roptions if drugs/surgery are not useful – (Health is a return to the body helping itself. No specilaists and tests are really needed).

Use negative ion panty liners

Use diluted vaginal washes from ti tree oil vaginally to alter pH

Avoid all vaginal exams
