Haemorrhoids

Description:

Small, distending veins popping out from the anus, causing pain, itching, maybe alsobleeding.

Why:

Insufficient maternal inner strength, nutrition, and/or exposure to cold, leading to tissues losing structural integrity

Could potentially be a warning of not being able to hold baby, blood, urine, organs (especially uterus) in place.

Solution:

Avoid all cold exposures, especially through mouth, no ice on or near body (ice during or after your last birth may be the current health problem’s cause)

Eat more fibrous veggies

Take more vitamin C (at least 10 grams over a day), as well as vitamins E, D, K2
