Getting all flows flowing . . Along with the Aura Soma bottles and the Kaliana Rose vibrationary essences, the Soul Mantrum and the lustre bowls and copal burning are all part of the undoing of what has quite possibly held the body hostage for a very long time.

NOTE – This is a partial session – all the warm up – the cold out, the belly moves and the SLQR and the sacral moxa fan is omitted. The intention in filming is to give the 2 moves not completed in the July LL I 2018 class – the inguinal Mercier clearances and the smaller moves – belly and sacral Don Elijio Ponti and Mercier stretches. here I showcase most of the Mercier work assuming that all the initial work has been done. Takes about 40 minutes to watch  . . We have constant dog not happy noises.

The process:

1 – Setting up

Small discussion on male pubic hair PCOS markers.
Length of bellies in relation to others.

2 – Uterine rake (Mercier) & Lymphatic gouge (HB)

  • Plus beginning of setting up the inguinal clearance (Mercier)

3 – Inguinal clearance (Mercier) RHS

How to win – get your own positioning perfect FIRST

4 – Inguinal clearance (Mercier) LHS

5 – Return to Uterine rake after inguinal clearance

  • Uterine rake (Mercier) and clean up (HB)

The comments from the person you are working on are vitally important as you can only go the speed that is possible – we are GENTLING. .NOT breaking through Reichian armour bands.

6 – Beginning on the back

  • Setting up to do the Suspensory Ligament correction (Arvigo)
  • Opening Heart chakra, Stuck Liver Qi Release (HB)

Discovering the past sacral fractures -always check the pull-up – it is very different when lying on the front.
Finding what twist we have to fix.

  • Starting to move the uterus – releasing the tension on the Suspensory Ligament (Arvigo)

7 – Actual Suspensory Ligament  correction

  • How to do the anterior (A) Ischial Spine correction (IS) (Arvigo)

8 – What next?

Everyone says the same thing – this is the twist that makes the difference – if you have set it up properly first.
If they are not happy about this – maybe you are twist in the wrong way – have to ensure this work needs doing as it is ground breaking – when needed.

9 – Finishing off the back

  1. Don Elijio sacral twist (Arvigo)

10 – Leg/sacral stretch (Mercier)

(Alternative) – or you COULD do both – this one is awkward/harder on us

11 – Butterfly finishing (Arvigo)

And then more jiggles.
The intention of this sequence was to get down what we may have missed on the LL I training – and to mop up any questions.
She was as below – transformed. The speed and the attention to breathing and letting go make all the difference.

Reminders . . .

This was one session – they are all different.

Always gentle
Keep your hands on the person always if possible.
Start very shallow and slow all movements

Wait for a breath (deep from them) before going on . .
Often it comes unannounced.
Sometimes I take a large one which triggers them to do so.

Ensure water is often offered.
That the slow gentle jiggles and shakeys and wobbles are there often – they help the lymph let go.
Reichian armour bands. . I needle as needed. (The GV 1 point is invaluable for releasing all stuck in the spine and also in the pelvis).
