You CAN change everything – Love Yourself Better! You need to know – how you are breaking yourself first

  • Really important that we start with does the ‘food factory’ even work?
  • What to do to help yourself? Respect LIFE – and go back to what always ‘worked’. .

How come no one (medical) seems to know? Not their scope of practice – this is LIFE . .If you (as all used to) know how to look after yourself – then no one is getting a cut – said plainly.

8 – Take out what no longer serves you . .

Get your inner flows flowing again

  • Declutter – why not get rid of what is messing with your body? Your head may be full of beliefs /expectations. Programmes – does the body really need these?
  • Reset – turn off all not needed  – let it go back to ‘factory settings’.
  • Restore – what is supposed to happen .

9 – Have I touched a ‘nerve’?

Healing means you do it all differently – everything

  • Reactivity – we do need to work with not against the body and what it needs. .
  • Natural health detective – shall we find what YOUR body needs to actually get back its ooomph??

10 – Reset yourself – STOP

  • Much like an electronic gadget – turn yourself ‘off’ regularly.

Gentle yourself – live and love your life..

  • Let the body/mind heal.
  • Then see how it goes back on ‘factory’ settings..

11 – Restore yourself – follow life – NOT MEDICAL
